I had a great experience with Roof Maxx. The process went really smooth. The first thing that appealed to me right off the bat was how many shingles are going into landfills every year. Once I learned more about what the product application was and the environmental impacts that you don't have all the shingles being disposed of in the landfills.
So the Roof Maxx product, that's why it intrigued me is, hey, we can hang onto our roof another five years or more and not see all the all the waste into the landfills. Plus it probably costs only a third of what a complete tear-off would cost you.
