We had the Roof Maxx applied in 2016. When they came out to do the treatment, it really was very straight forward. They put some ladders up, got up onto the roof and sprayed and they said we would see some runoff coming out the gutters. So I think I was a little bit skeptical just because it was a new thing that I had never heard of. Nobody had ever talked to me about this sort of product before, I'd never heard of this sort of thing before, but they were very good about explaining, "This is what the product is, this is how it works. This is what it does."

And so I was able to feel, I think, fairly comfortable that it was going to work as they advertised. I watched part of it, it was just a matter of spraying. And then that was it.
